Les Simmons began his Michigan Real Estate journey in 2014, working for Keller Williams in the Metro Detroit area. In 2019, he relocated to Southeastern Tennessee to care for his Father, before moving back to Michigan in 2022.  

During his Tennessee period, he took a hiatus from Real Estate, serving as the Associate Pastor for Journey of Faith Fellowship in Madisonville, and also worked as the Sales Manager for one of the country's largest online homesteading and preparedness stores. 

Now living in Lake City, MI, Les has re-emerged in the Michigan Real Estate scene, bringing with him his values of fairness, honesty, and integrity. Combined with his management and sales skills, this makes him a shrewd negotiator, and a valuable ally in your quest for the best deal during your Real Property transaction. And, as Cummings Realty's newest Salesperson, you'll find he is incredibly enthusiastic about fighting to make your property dreams a reality.

In addition to his career in Real Estate, Les also enjoys writing music, and creating video games. He is also the founder and co-owner of an online handmade soap and candle company called Simple Rustics, along with his wife, Jen.
