Getting to Know Farwell!

Farwell, Michigan is a quiet little village in Clare County with approximately 880 people according to the 2020 census.

If you’re just passing through to get a feel for the area check out one of these local restaurants.  I’m one of those people that like to eat!  My husband is a wonderful cook, but occasionally we like to eat out and there are a couple of my favorite restaurants in town that I enjoy.  One of those is Buccilli’s Pizza, they have great pizza, deliver most places, and have a small salad bar at lunch time.

Another favorite of mine is Birchwood Restaurant. Chicken wings are fabulous! I know that I should be eating healthy, right, but I must have chicken wings every now and then. They also have a wonderful fish fry on Friday's and if you are a breakfast eater, you can get that anytime of the day. Great food!

Make sure to also visit Elm Creek Home and Garden Showplace! Garden center, landscape supplies, fabric and craft supply store and so much more!

If you’re not just passing through and would like to extend your stay we can help find the perfect home for you.  Unfortunately, there are not many listings now but we are headed into the spring and summertime listing season. The current market is very competitive and as soon as a property gets listed it goes pending just as fast. We are the right team to help navigate this market!

This is a 4 bedroom that was we just listed and is located near the Farwell Area Schools, as well as within walking distance to town.  It has been nicely renovated and is move in condition.  Below is Click HERE to view additional information..

When I’m in Farwell showing properties and if I have a little time between appointments I like to relax and each my lunch or have a snack at the Littlefield ParkI have even taken my clients there to write offers under the covered pavilion and it has a play center for the little ones. Very nice shady park to visit, relax and unwind. The park also abuts the Pere MarquetteRail Trail system. If you’d like to get out and stretch your legs and go for a walk or bike ride, this is a wonderful, mostly paved trail system that goes from Midland to Baldwin.

Here is a LINK to local events that are going on around the Farwell, MI area.  Take a look and I hope to get a call from you when you’re in town!
